| Special Educator (Pre-Primary to Class-V) on Regular Basis | i. 10+2 from recognized Board with at least 50% marks or Graduation in any stream from recognized University. ii. D.Ed. in Special Education from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved Institute and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. OR D.El.Ed. with a recognized qualification (certificate/Diploma) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved Institution and posses a valid RCI & CRR Number. iii. Six – month training of teaching in cross disability area in inclusive education (**) AND iv. Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala, or any other agency authorized by the Government. (**) If the proposed (cross disability / top up courses being developed by RCI as on in service training is not available same may be dropped from the qualification with a condition that those recruited with D.Ed. / B.Ed. Special Education have to compulsory undergo aforesaid training as soon as same is conducted. Knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh. |

| Steno Typist (Trainee) | i. 10+2 passed from a recognized Board of School Education. ii. Must Possess the shorthand speed English 60 WPM, Hindi 60 WPM and Speed in typing on Computer English 25 WPM and Hindi 25 WPM Candidate shall have to pass shorthand test in either of the language in Hindi or English at the prescribed speed. and candidates will have to pass typing test in both the languages at the time of initial recruitment.
