CSIR IIIM Recruitment Notification 2025 – 10th Pass Govt Jobs in J&K – SELECTION PROCESS
- Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria as recommended by Screening Committee will be called for a Trade Test, which is intended to assess the candidate’s practical knowledge in the relevant area as per the job requirements.
- The Selection Committee will determine the mode of the Trade Test and will also conduct the same. Each candidate must choose one area in which they wish to be tested; the Trade Test will be arranged accordingly.
- Candidates who qualify in the Trade Test will be eligible to appear for the Competitive Written Examination. The Final Merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in the written examination, which will consist in a single paper. The merit list will be drawn solely on the basis of the marks obtained in this paper.
